BIZBEAT: NAPA Auto Parts update

NAPA Auto Parts, 704 Virginia St. in Jefferson City, is expanding and remains open during construction.

The expansion will double the space of the existing building and allow for more inventory.

"Each year, we kept growing, and we need more space," general manager Jeremy Wulser said. "The new space will hold more parts and allow us to serve the customer better."

The project was expected to wrap up in mid-October, but according to Wulser, it looks to be finishing up "toward the end of the year."

The entrance to the store has moved to the Virginia Street side.

NAPA Auto Parts is open from 7 a.m.- 5:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, and 7:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.
