Bialetti Holding rises in Bialetti by taking over nearly 180,000 shares

(Alliance News) - Bialetti Industrie Spa reported Thursday that Bialetti Holding Srl has acquired 179,234 ordinary shares in the company.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR0.32, for a total value of about EUR57,000.

Bialetti Industrie's stock closed Thursday down 2.2 percent at EUR0.31 per share.
